This is a bit of a fitness blog, and a lot of a budgie blog.

I have nine birds at the moment. Two are lodgers, who I named Ronnie and Reggie.

My birds are - Hank, Walt, Penny, Sheldon, Pig, Angus and Malcolm. I love them all too much.
